Vincentian Care Plus takes its values and ethos from the teachings and example of St. Vincent De Paul, a Christian and social reformer who co-founded the Daughters of Charity in 1633.
Vincent believed in action rather than words and in hands-on service to support people in need.
We are an independent charity, underpinned by our founding Christian ethos, and values of charity, simplicity, humility, and service to those in need.
We adapt that founding mission to address today’s social needs for the benefit of everyone, irrespective of religion or belief.
The ‘plus’ in our name reflects our commitment to doing more for the people we support, and is driven by a clear social mission to address emerging poverties and improve lives.
