One of our dedicated carers, Edith, was simply doing what she always does — supporting our beloved service user Ms H with her shopping — when something extraordinary happened.

While they were out, a well-known TikTok influencer, @jackjonestv123, spotted Edith who happened to be picking up some essentials for Mrs H, and he decided to pay for Ms H’s shopping in full. But he didn’t stop there — he also surprised Edith by gifting her a personal treat as a token of appreciation for her selfless work.
