have a committed team of carers but we are

All of our Carers are committed to providing a first class service to
our clients.
Training
We
have a 3 day intensive introduction to the service for all
carers, This includes training in care, manual handling,and back care
first aid, fire awareness, abuse, food hygiene and health and safety.
This is followed by a three months induction programme using the
“Skills for Care model”
For
any clients with specific needs further training will be given.
All Carers are expected to undertake NVQII in Care Training
once they have worked with us for 6 months.

process
Please

experienced admin staff who will explain the details to
you. If
you wish to apply for a position with us then they will be happy to
send out an application form and a job description to you.
Once we have received your application form we will send out an
interview date to you. Should you be successful at your interview we
will arrange for a criminal record check to be completed. Once we have
received satisfactory references/CRB check and you have
successfully completed
our training courses we will endeavour to match you with clients that
would be suitable to your preferences, skills and availability.
